He has vast experience in planning, design, execution and quality control with myriad of organizations like Border Roads Organization, Military Engineering Service and Lanco Group. He specializes in environmental control & design, Project management, operation & maintenance, quality control & technical evaluation of civil engineering project and arbitration of engineering contracts.

Col Sanjiv Puri (Retd.)

A veteran engineer with over 30 years of experience in Planning, Quality Control, and approval of workmanship in the field of construction of major highways and airports. He has worked as GM (Tech) in NHAI and in similar positions in Border Roads Organization and is well versed with international best practices in the Modern Highway construction technology and use of modern construction equipment and techniques. His involvement in the large highway projects with heavy earthworks and working in tough terrains (Kargil Air Field at 9000 ft Height) makes him capable to lead in any environment.

Mr. KK Kaul

A highly experienced urban planning expert, he is Masters in Geography, Masters in Regional Planning, Advance PG certificate in Town & Country planning. He is a Fellow of Institute of Town Planners and has almost 40 years experience in town planning services that include the planning of roads, transport, drainage systems, water systems, schools, hospitals etc. He held the coveted appointment of Chief Town Planner, Greater Mohali.

Mr. Sunil Bansal

A Chartered Accountant by profession is associated with the group as an advisor on financial matters. A thoroughbred professional with an eye for detail, he specializes in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, foreign investments and corporate affairs along with a host of other financial services. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of small & medium scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. He has experience of over a decade.

Mr. Ranjan Dhar

Starting out with his brothers constructions company, Ranjan has come a long way. With over 20 years of experience in running and operating infrastructure and construction companies, Ranjan also specializes in land bank management, site identification, water works and roadways. His expertise and network allows him access to premium land across the country. He is also well versed in site identification for international as well as domestic hospitality firms. Ranjan is also well connected with Government agencies as he has undertaken various projects for them.
